I bought a metal hardtop gazebo online from sears and I am missing a roof panel. I have been calling the phone number on the manual for a month now and all they do is tell me they will contact the company that makes the gazebo and have them contact me. I got one email from them wanting more information about the part and I emailed the information back to them right away. That is the last email I got. I keep calling the same number over and over with no results. I also contacted sears complaint department and they told me there is nothing they can do for me about this problem. I have been a sears customer for many years and have never been treated like this. I also have a sears credit card that they charged me for another gazebo that I canceled and never received. It took many phone calls and about three weeks to get them to credit the mistake back to my card. I paid over a *,*** dollars for a gazebo I can not use because of the missing part and I am very angry with sears right now for not taking care of this for me. All I want is the missing part so I can finish the assembly of the gazebo. please help me with this issue. Sincerely Donald Manning.
