Ask about the refund of the $** fee we paid for verifying the new oven we bought would fit. We were told at the time of purchase that if we paid for this service and as long as the install happened that we would be refunded. I don’t believe this has happened.
I trust that Sears will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
