I would like to talk to a human being to talk to about a problem. I need to exchange a pair of pants I picked up from merchandise pick up for a different color you can't get ahold of anybody there I left a message and no return call back. It's Westland merchandise pick-up my sales check number is ************.**Before calling merchandise pick-up to help me tonight I had tried online today to exchange the pants but it wanted to give me a refund I do not want a refund I just want to exchange the color for another color. I need a human to talk to this is disgusting they have to do an email. Sears online is the worst I had an issue with you guys couple years ago I swore I'd never you use you again.**But these are pants my brother in a nursing home needs
