I’ve been dealing with this for right at * weeks now. I was sent the wrong item and can’t seem to get anywhere. All the times I’ve been told I would get call back within **-** hours, never received one single phone call. I’ve about lost all my patience. I finally contacted better business bureau and an attorney. I was told to contact a supervisor and make known my issue. I spoke with Natalie id******* she informed me at that time that she was going to get with management team and get me a refund back to my card ASAP to give her till today. I get up this morning and have an email from the seller saying something different. She states for me to put chair back in box and return before I get my refund. At first I was only worried about getting chair out of the house, now I just want my money back. Sick of the run around. * weeks is more than enough time to handle this situation. I told her she had waited way too long that box had been rained on twice and burnt. They sent the wrong chair, full well knowing it wasn’t the chair I ordered. Shows it was a *** dollar chair and yet they send me a chair from wallet that you can buy all day for ***. My chair was suppose to weigh *** and Walmart chair weighs **. lol this is craziness. Y’all are the ones in the wrong, all the way around and have me running through hoops to get my money back. They have ask for one thing after another for my refund and there’s always something else they want. They simply making it very hard to get my money back for an item I had absolutely no interest in. Na Tillie told me I would be getting a refund back to my card today and then chair people asking for more. Which statement is correct l? I’m so sick of dealing with this!!
