On *** I ordered a Dishwasher, Range and refrigerator. Order number *********.The dishwasher was installed on ****. The range and refrigerator were delivered on ****. When the delvery man opened the box to the range he found it had been damaged in the box and set up a return for it. They did connect the refrigerator but did not use the new hose I paid for. They used my hose from the old refrigerator. The refrigerator never got cold so I called to have it returned, they were unable to pick it up until **** because they are not in my area until then. I was advised by customer service that I would receive the refund for the refrigerator ** days after it was returned. I did receive $*** refund for the range but nothing for the refrigerator. Customer service in the Philippians is USELESS !! I just want my refund for the money I paid in good faith for what turned out to be broken appliances.
GetHuman-gammieva did not yet indicate what Sears.com should do to make this right.
