Help with my Sears.com issue
My order does not show up in my Shop Your Way account. As such I am not receiving my points. When I click on the link in the order email it responds "We're sorry, something has gone wrong on our end. Please check back later to see your orders."
I trust that Sears.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
