I had a services man check my window ac ********* he said they were going to replace it. no word on that . I talk to another services man ********* he said same thing today UPS brought a package which is a compressor I guess for the ac I don't know if there is an appointment set up for a service repair or do I have to sent one up *Dennis Zeig ***-***-*****I have protection agreement ****************
