I have been on the phone for * hours now as of this test. I initially called to get my craftsman air compressor repaired*replaced. after getting a live person after ** minutes, I was told it wasn't her department. she transferred me to yet another number. I again got the recorded voice I began with. after another ** minutes I got a live person, she told me that my extended warranty expired in ****. I was never informed of this in any way shape or form. she transferred me to contracts department. again, the recorded voice asking same questions. *rd live voice said again it wasn't her department. I was transferred once again and left after ** additional minutes. now I am on the phone with same aggravating computer voice. I am trying to get my compressor back under warranty and to get a technician scheduled for repaired. I do not care if it's under warranty at this particular moment, I just need it repaired as soon as possible. I am still on computer hold with this computer voice telling me all sorts of senseless information I do not need. just babbling away, repeating everything over and over and over again. will someone please assist me?
