My issue is with Sears Warranty lack of response. I have * pending appointments, one for a water leak in my kitchen and bathroom, another for an outside water leak, and the one I scheduled today regarding my range that stopped working completely. They told me they could not get to me until September *, ****. That is unacceptable. The hype for this program is what convinced me to with Sears, but I have been paying a monthly warranty fee for over * months and have had only one issue repaired. If this isn't taken care of immediately, I want to cancel my warranty and I want Sears to refund the money I have paid for the past several months. This is totally unacceptable. The pitch was that they would repair our problems within one day, but the reality is that it takes weeks and months for someone to show up. I am disgusted. I want my money refunded or I am going to contact the Attorney General of W. Va. and file a complaint.
GetHuman-sallydra did not yet indicate what Sears Home Warranty should do to make this right.
