Help with my Sears Home Warranty issue

The issue in GetHuman-deanbeac's own words
I have appliance home warranty. I was given appointment for today from *-* pm. I waited the whole time and none called or came. I had to leave at *:** to get my granddaughter from camp. It closes at *. She is *. It is right down the street. I was back within * minutes. While I was gone, tech came and left. No call to say he was going to be after *. I called customer service, unfortunately sears doesn't have service for its customers because no one could help me. The tech never called me back after I requested he be called and told of the situation. Not even sure if that call was made to tech. My only option now is to take another morning or afternoon off from work to sit again and wait. This is a recurring problem with my freezer ice maker. My next appointment is on **** from * am to noon. Meanwhile the puddle on my floor is wetting all my rugs. I have to shut off water to fridge which is pain. No water no ice. Not that sears cares. Hopefully, my next appointment they don't send the same tech and come within the time period. Or at least call.
GetHuman-deanbeac did not yet indicate what Sears Home Warranty should do to make this right.
