A new stove was purchased and I was told delivery would be Weds, September **, **** between *:** and *:** pm. Around *:** pm I called and was told the warehouse was closed and they couldn't tell me where my stove was.**When I confirmed the delivery address they told me it was Schenectady NY. I live in Scotia, NY which is in Schenectady County and across the river from Scotia. I checked and there is a residence in Schenectady with the same Street address.**So, I called back the next day, September **th and was told it would take ** hours to reschedule and give me a new date. I called back again on Friday, Monday and again today Tuesday September **th, **** and was told he was updating the address and the warehouse would call me. He was updating the address because my record again said Schenectady. I don't expect a call and the people in Schenectady will probably get a *nd stove.
