I ordered a refrigerator from sears,it was on order for two months,I gave the sales person my home phone ******** and my cell phone ******** telling him sometimes my cell phone doesnt work wear I live. on sept.*nd about *** pm I see a message on my cell from island movers saying he was in the area and he would wait ** min. then I would have to reschdule ,no call on the home phone, I call the store the next day and they said island movers called and old *,they told me I would have to call and **** to get another delivery date,I called and they said they would reschdule for the following monday,gave them again the phone *s, no delivery on monday, I called the **** the next day and they told me it wasnt on the schdule, we went to the store about * or * days later and talk to a sales person, he want to his manager and after about half and hour,he came back and said they could not locate the refrigerator,they would call us, * to * days went by,no call back,if finally called the credit card to cancel the order, I never got a call from sears till they were informed about my cancelation. by then I had to do something about my problem of spoiling food and buying ice to keep milk and vegetables,so I did. I have done bussiness with you for alot of years, but I dont want to do anymore business with sears if your going to try and get money from me for a refrigerator I dont have, I already made one payment,if this means we need a judge to decide this and for my to cancal my account, I have names of people I delt with in this transaction, please see my point,this is nit an experience people should go threw,especially at this time
