MY ISSUE: SEARS*CITIBANK IS MY ISSUE!!!*I have been a good customer with Sears*Citibank for many years. Most recently, I have been harassed beyond measure for an issue which was totally all SEARS*CITIBANK, and should've been resolved between them. I'm sure they have computers that communicate with each other, but instead, I've received the bulk of the mess in trying to resolve this issue. I've never spoken to so many ignorant and incompetent people in my life. The only sensible person who tried to assist me was the manager AL at the store where I made my payment. He intervened and called both Sears and Citibank to let them know this was in NO WAY my fault! I did what any good customer would do, I made my on-time payment! I recently had a major surgery, which resulted in my having to take pain medication* while speaking to an incompetent person one evening, my daughter saw how agitated I was getting & took the phone from me and spoke to the lady, who said she would send it to the escalation team* she also told them NOT to continue calling me because SEARS*CITIBANK needed to fix it, NOT ME! She works for a major corporation & stated that I should not have to be getting upset or harassed by Sears. I've been charged extra interest, late charges and you name it for something that was not my fault. I've been recuperating for the last ** weeks, but I've been seriously considering filing a legal complaint against Sears, and have unofficially spoken to two different attorneys who are friends. If this is not resolved after this, that's where I'll be headed!
