In January, I contacted a representative regarding a late fee due to receiving a bill in Spanish. Despite their promise to waive the fee, it was not removed, resulting in additional charges on subsequent bills. After speaking to multiple representatives, I was assured my balance was cleared. However, I have now received a bill for $68, including additional late fees.

I am in need of assistance to locate my credit card account. I have two other accounts, one being the regular Sears account under the name Gloria Cheng with the account number 06-60[redacted]9-6 opened since [redacted]. I am willing to provide any necessary information upon request. Dear Sears Shop Your Way Citi Master Card Customer Service, I received my bill for transactions from 01/26 to 02/20, [redacted], and noticed two unauthorized charges on 01/26 and 02/02 for $74.93 and $84.93 respectively. These charges were apparently for Slim Plus Health Diet, a product I did not order or have any knowledge of. I strongly believe this is a case of fraud. I have no need for weight loss products as I am actually underweight by 25 lbs, keep detailed track of my credit card purchases, and am not familiar with this company. I request an immediate investigation and resolution of this issue. I am willing to pay the remaining balance on my bill, excluding the fraudulent charges totaling $[redacted].86, which amounts to $[redacted].30. I made a payment for my Sears MasterCard over the phone on February 22, [redacted], a process I have repeated numerous times with my three Citi cards. However, on Saturday, March 2, [redacted], I received a call stating there was an error and I needed to make two payments. Frustratingly, I was denied the opportunity to speak with a manager by the representative. To resolve the issue, I made cash payments for two bills at the store on the same day. Despite receiving confirmation number [redacted] as usual, I felt unfairly treated as if I had missed multiple payments. I have always used the same banking information and don't understand what went wrong. I am disappointed with the customer service encounter and concerned about potential late fees or negative impacts on my credit history.

I recently received a bill from Sears with a new balance of $[redacted].43, reflecting a previous balance of $[redacted].79. The bill shows a purchase of -$[redacted].42, with additional fees of $27.00 and interest charged at $45.21. I find this perplexing as I have not utilized my credit card for several years. I purchased a refrigerator in July [redacted] with the understanding that the first year would be interest-free. However, my recent statement shows an added interest of $[redacted].00, which I believe is incorrect. As senior citizens on a fixed income, this additional charge is unaffordable for us. We are willing to continue paying the original balance of $[redacted].07, but refuse to pay the interest fee erroneously added. I have applied for a balance transfer for the original amount and am awaiting approval. I have been charged two separate fees from two different hotels in the Denver, CO area. My account number is [redacted][redacted]. I disputed the charges since I have never been to Colorado and did not authorize these transactions. I have not visited SEARS in years and did not know I had an account with SHOP YOUR WAY. The fraud department is investigating, but I received letters today stating I am accountable for the charges I did not make. When I called customer service at 1-[redacted] this Tuesday morning, I was directed to call back during business hours without specifying them. I need to talk to a representative about these unauthorized charges on my account. It seems suspicious that I cannot reach anyone during a weekday. I have contacted the Maine Attorney General's Office. Please assist me as I did not make this $[redacted].90 charge.

I have encountered a significant issue with Sears/Citibank that has caused me a great deal of trouble recently. Despite being a loyal customer for many years, I have faced relentless harassment over an issue that was entirely the fault of Sears/Citibank and should have been resolved internally. The communication breakdown between their systems has resulted in me bearing the brunt of the problem-solving process. The staff I dealt with, with the exception of the store manager AL, have been unhelpful and uninformed. AL took the initiative to contact both Sears and Citibank, clarifying that the fault lay with them, not me, as I had made my payment on time as any responsible customer would. Following a surgery, I had to interact with their unhelpful representatives while on pain medication, prompting my daughter to step in and instruct them to cease their aggressive communication as the onus was on Sears/Citibank to rectify the situation, not me. I have been unfairly charged additional fees and interest for a problem that was not of my making. Despite my recovery period, I am contemplating taking legal action against Sears and have informally sought legal advice on the matter. If the matter remains unresolved, legal action may be necessary.

Dear Sears Credit Card Services, I am extremely distressed by the repeated automated calls I receive from your company. Despite my efforts to request not to be contacted any longer, your representative used extremely offensive language towards me during our interaction. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and I demand an explanation and action be taken against the individual responsible. Please contact me promptly to address this matter.

I attempted to buy a dryer yesterday and decided to apply for a Sears card. After contacting an [redacted] number for further details, I was approved over the phone. They instructed me to check my order again to see if the option to use the Sears card as a payment method appeared; if not, I was told to call [redacted] for assistance. Upon calling, I did not receive much help. The representative I spoke with, Justin, requested my account number, which I did not have. He mentioned he would try to assist me but unexpectedly ended the call approximately 10 minutes later. I have been encountering difficulties for a couple of days now and am feeling frustrated. I simply wish to purchase the Kenmore dryer (item #[redacted], 7 cu ft.) with my new Sears card to avail of the 10% discount. I am in need of assistance.

I purchased a Samsung dryer for delivery today, 11/19/19, between 4 pm and 8 pm. However, I did not receive any prior notification. After contacting the Home Delivery Team in the morning to confirm, I was reassured that the delivery was scheduled for this date and time. By 6:30 pm, I still hadn't received any updates, so I reached out to customer service. They informed me that the delivery attempt was made earlier while no one was home. I have been patiently waiting and had taken time off work in anticipation of this delivery. With a baby in the house, it has been challenging without a dryer for the past 4 days. I need assistance reaching a live representative regarding my Sears Citi card. I paid off the card in [redacted] before cutting it up when Sears stores were closing. I do not have my account number now when trying to address a $11.46 charge sent to me via email. Despite entering my information accurately, the automated phone system does not recognize my social security number. Logging in online also proves unsuccessful, as my details are not accepted and password retrieval does not work. I issued a check for $[redacted].11 on November 19, [redacted], to settle my account #[redacted] by the December 5 deadline. However, despite this, the payment is showing as overdue on my recent statement. After checking with my bank, they confirmed the check was never processed. I am now facing a $28.00 fee and $7.41 interest due to the missing check. I intend to clear the updated balance but feel unjustified in paying these additional fees. Any guidance on the necessary actions moving forward would be greatly appreciated.

Last week, I deposited a balance transfer check into my checking account. I'm inquiring about the release of the funds before using them. Additionally, I would like to confirm the total balance, including any processing fees. I encountered frustration when attempting to contact support using the provided phone numbers. One directed me to a Verizon phone service, while the other requested a pin number instead of my credit card number. After being placed on hold, the call abruptly disconnected.

Good Morning, I am disputing charges on my Sears Mastercard ending in [redacted] on March 11, [redacted], for 3 tickets with Caribbean Airlines totaling $[redacted].81. My husband's Sears Mastercard from [redacted] was canceled without his knowledge. I was a secondary card user on the account. I have a Sears account in my name since [redacted] which is still active. Surprisingly, my husband was issued a card with my account number, and he is now listed as the primary account holder without my consent. I am completely frustrated and believe that this action by CITI Bank may be unlawful. Despite discussing this with a unhelpful customer service representative, I was told there is no way for me to prove the account was originally mine. I possess expired cards showcasing two different accounts and a Sears store credit card from [redacted], the year my account was established, not my husband's. I demand to be reinstated as the primary cardholder as I rightfully should be.

I was the caregiver for my Aunt for seven years until she passed away in [redacted]. After her funeral services, I spent a month cleaning her rented apartment. Due to the circumstances, I missed my credit card payment in August [redacted]. I am requesting a waiver for the late payment as I promptly paid the balance in full when I realized the payment was overdue. I kindly ask for the late payment to be removed from my credit report.
