My daughter was at your San Antonio park on Friday, August **rd. She was with a group of ** disabled adults and * supervisors (SEASPAR), She purchased an infant outfit from Shamu's Emporium. The outfit was a lavender grey with yellow trim and snaps at the bottom. It had a cartoon killer whale with Seaworld underneath in yellow. She purchased this for her niece. The next day it was stolen from her hotel room. I have contacted every number possible at the San Antonio park, only to be told that if it is not on the website I am out of luck. All I want to do is be able to replace this. I will pay all shipping and handling charges. She also purchased a Sesame Street tee that was also stolen, but we found that on your website, so we can order that. While I certainly don't blame you for the items being stolen, being told that I have to come to the Park and re-purchase the item is a total blow-off. We live in Illinois, and that is not an option. I would appreciate any help you can give me. I have spent hours on long-distance calls only to be told that their is nothing they can do. Try explaining this to an autistic adult who only knows that the special gift she purchased can't be replaced. Please help. I can even send a photo of the outfit we are trying to replace.
