To whom it may concern **I recently started renting *** King Street, Castle Douglas. ***a and ***b are empty properties being renovated above ***.**As I do not have easy access to the meter(s) at *** - when is someone available from Scottish Power to inspect the 'working' meter(s) at *** King Street? My understanding is there is one meter working at present covering all three properties. **I will not to be in a position to pay any electricity bill for *** until a fair reading for *** is available and I do not wish to pay for electricity used by the builders in ***a King Street - if this is the said situation.**Thank you,**With kind regards,**Patricia Lavelle
