Good day. I recently moved and couldn't continue with Scottish power as the flat rent included electricity. I received an e mail stating if direct debit has not been cancelled then credit will go straight into bank acct. Otherwise a cheque will be posted. Could you please advise status of credit with regard to your e mail also do you have the new address if necessary to post the cheque? A.M. Baggott acct. no. *********** credit due £***.**. Regards

Contacted SP by phone early in morning **h** still waited ** minutes before connected. Explained situation. Problem resolved. No problem once you get through but real frustration waiting up to ** minutes then putting phone down.
