Help with my Scottish Power issue

We have received * letters recently. One from British Gas and one from N. Power, both stating you have contacted them regarding transferring my gas and electric service to Scottish Power.**I have made no such request and have spent hours talking on the phone to British G as, N Power and Scottish Power in a bid to resolve this matter.**Would you please confirm that this transfer has been cancelled!

How GetHuman2952599 fixed the problem
Hopefully sorted through N Power and British Gas after several days and many hours of frustrating conversations over something not of my making. Both have had to block attempts by Scottish Power to take over as my supplier. I thought this practice was supposed to have been outlawed under the Erroneous Transfer agreement. When my 'phone bill comes in there may well be a financial cost to my efforts to correct a problem caused by Scottish Power.
