hi. l am an ex customer with extra energy, but was about to change over to another supplier just before they stopped trading. My account number was *******. *I was in a position of credit and was expecting my last bill to be paid and the credit put back into my bank account. The credit amounted to *** pounds. I have a printed balance sheet from ******** showing this credit balance.*I am aware you are now taking over Energy customers. How do I stand in relation to getting my money returned to me? I have been unsuccessful contacting Ofgem.*Thank you for your time.*David Degg
