******* I moved into flat *A Stoke Road, ME* *BE, which is above a shop (* Stoke road), previously there was a shared gas supply but this has now been separated. ******** I phoned to give metre readings for the gas (supplied by Scottish power) and set up a new account for the residential property as I am the new owner of the Flat (above the shop), I was initially told that Scottish power did not provide Gas for the property, when I phoned back again I was told that Scottish power does supply the gas but the address *A is not recognised. The advisor was unable to resolve the issue and said someone would contact me, I was given a ref number *******. I would like an update on what the situation is as soon as possible as obviously if you are unable to resolve this I will contact another supplier. I await your response*Miss S Mathias
