I was mislead when told I was in a contract and we had an agreement to pay £** a month because I couldn't not afford £** they was charging me they told me I only have to pay £** till **** in a contract and now I'm been told they told me wrong and now put my bill to &** apparently I'm devt now because of it although I'm augast when I rang about it I was in credit, the phone calls will be recited and this woman wants sacking and something needs to be done. I told I can't afford £** a month I'm a single parent to * children I don't work and this is not on I'm taking it further and I'm going to ombudsman
