For over 6 months, I've struggled to access my information on my Kindle Fire. After reaching out to this company, I was promised a resolution, but after contacting them on 9/12/18, my issue remains unresolved. I was assured a call between Thursday and Saturday, but no one reached out. Despite a scheduled supervisor call on Saturday at 1 pm, I never received it. When inquiring about maintaining my membership at the same rate of $9.95 per month, I was informed I needed to switch to Google Chrome at a higher cost of $13.95 per month, leading to no real savings. Given these complications, I've decided to cancel my membership after being with them since [redacted] and seek coverage from another provider.

I signed up for the free 7-day trial on November 16, [redacted]. On November 19, I faxed a request to cancel my subscription. After noticing the charge on November 23, I contacted Customer Service via chat and spoke with Steffany. I mentioned the fax, but she explained that cancellation could only be done through chat or by phone. I admitted my error, but she assured me she would cancel my subscription. I was dismayed to receive an email yesterday rejecting my refund due to the cancellation falling on the invoice date, November 23. It doesn't seem fair that my attempt to cancel as I understood it led to my refund being denied, especially when I am not receiving the services for which I was charged. I urge you to address this matter promptly. If a refund is not possible, I request that I receive the services I am entitled to.

I was under the impression that I had already called and cancelled. I am not sure how they obtained my card information. It seems like some sort of gimmick. Every time I called, I couldn't understand the person on the line. Their customer service is terrible. This company seems quite shady. I never subscribed to their services, and I don't even know what they offer. They charged me $19.95 for something I am unaware of since I have never used their services. I ended up hanging up on them multiple times out of frustration. Thank you for your assistance. I am nervous about what I will have to say to them.

I feel misled by Scoresense after checking my credit report and being unaware of the trial. I am currently going through cancer treatments and living with a disability, making it hard for me to afford such services. The website's misleading nature, especially with the word "free" in big letters, is really disappointing. I did not expect this kind of behavior from Citi, a company that had to pay millions back in [redacted] for similar issues. I will be contacting the authorities regarding this. My name is Dean S. Please refund my money as I cannot pay for a service I do not need while dealing with health issues and financial difficulties.

Good evening, I've made considerable progress by paying down my credit cards from over 50% to approximately 20% in just one month. Despite this, my credit score remains low. I am also dealing with a $[redacted],[redacted] charge off from Wells Fargo, but I've reached a settlement with them. Once the payment is received, it should reflect as "settled in full" on my report. After settling this debt and maintaining less than 20% credit utilization, I'm curious about the potential improvement in my credit score. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Happy New Year! I would like to request the removal of my account from your website. I believe I may have only used this service once or twice, yet it continued to appear on my credit card statements. I reached out via call and chat to request the closure of my account. The monthly charge of $29.95 has accumulated, and I am concerned about the total amount deducted.
