I subscribed for the free trial of * days on November **, ****. On November **, I sent a fax detailing that I want to cancel my subscription. **When I saw that the amount was charged on November **, I contacted Customer service through chat and spoke with Steffany. I told her about the fax I sent, but she told me that the only way to cancel was through the chat or calling. **I told her that was my mistake but she told me that she was going to cancel my subscription. **Yesterday I received an email that informed me that the refund was not accepted, because I made the cancellation on November **, that was the invoice day. **Is not fair that I did what I understood, and now you don’t want to process my refund, but at the same time I don’t have the services for the ones I already paid. **Please give attention to this situation and if you are not going to process my refund, give me the services I am supposed to receive.
