Have my order delivered. ... Dear Schwans,**The order below was not received again today, making this being the *rd missed delivery for an order due to have been delivered on May *th, then when missed because the order was mysteriously combined with my order delivering on May **, ******** was cancelled by a Schwans Customer Service Supervisor and he placed a new order ********, and I was advised it would be shipped at no charge vis UPS to arrive on or before May *th, When it didn't arrive by May *th I called customer service again but kept being hung up on while on hold waiting to speak to a supervisor. After wasting over an hour to get connected and placed on hold and hung up on twice, I then discovered online that it had been rescheduled to deliver on May **. It is now *:**AM on May **st and the order has still not been delivered. I have not had any issues with previous orders or even separate orders that have been delivered while waiting for this one. **I need and expect an immediate response as to whether Schwans will be refunding my money ($**.**) and points ($*.**) immediately or delivering this complete order immediately to arrive to me on May **, ***** before *:**PM PDST, so that I am not forced to involve my Master Card to have the payment retracted from Schwans and my money ($**.**) refunded to my card ending in ****.**I can be reached at (***) ***-****. Leave a detailed voicemail if I am unavailable to take your call. **I really don't want to ruin our relationship* but, this orders multiple missed deliveries leave me no choice but to have charges withdrawn if Schwans isn't able or doesn't provide an acceptable response, as described above, to this fiasco, before *:**PM PDST Friday, May **, ****.**Additionally, no one from Schwans responded to my previous email, that can be seen in email thread. The phone system is atrocious, at least in current times, having to wait at times ** minutes for a live representative who have not been able to do anything except cite what is planned and are incapable of fixing an issue with an order, then having to wait on hold up to ** minutes to speak to a supervisor, or being hung up on*disconnected and having to start the whole process over, IS REDICULOUS! **Sincerely,**Donald L. Wanted my order delivered within * days after have missed * deliveries -or - my money for missing order refunded and reward points used refunded.
Can't imaging why not. Can't believe this is actually a question here.
Never resolved delivery. I Just cancelled the order and requested refund of cost and reward points used. I was advised Mail Order would contact me by Tuesday to confirm that my payment is refunded. Hoping that the different unrelated order I have scheduled to deliver on Tuesday arrives* else, I'm not sure that I can trust Schwans to deliver my food and will be forced elsewhere for my shopping.
