Help with my Schwan's Home Delivery issue

I placed an order * weeks ago and only a portion of what I ordered was delivered. I was told I did not have to reorder the items as they would be delivered the next time. Now, I am due to have a delivery in * days and when I looked online at my pending order it says I don't have anything pending.**Do I need to reorder or what*?

GetHuman-henningr did not yet indicate what Schwan's Home Delivery should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-henningr fixed the problem
I called Schwan’s and was told I would have to reorder everything I hadn’t received. So I did that. A few items were still out if stock but I received almost everything else. However I was supposed to receive a thermal bag but did not. With social distancing I did not want to detain the driver and ask about it.
