If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The issue in GetHuman-jardouin's own words
Hello,**I was charged $**.** for the monthly subscription but I no longer wished to dude the service. I was not expecting a charge because I got an email from Scentbird saying my subscription was being cancelled. Now for some reason a charge went through on my account that was already negative, and this charge incurred a $** overdraft fee on top of the $**.** and my overdraft privileges were revoked.*Kindly refund the $**.** and immediately cancel my subscription so this doesn't happen again.
