The issue in GetHuman-bmbishop's own words
Several attempts I've made to contact scentbird my information and credit card we're compromised and used on their website. Both Representatives who wrote me when I explain to them I did not authorize these charges and I don't know how my information was put on their site as well as the orders placed neither of them would rectify the situation or even acknowledge my information was stolen and fraudulently used I'm very familiar as that's part of my job managing five different hotels unfortunately that's not an uncommon thing nowadays for your information to be compromised and credit card information as well and they still process the payments they still have not refunded me this needs to be rectified immediately please I don't want to have to take the process to go through my bank and file a complaint against scentbird with the screenshots of the email sent to me from the representatives who could have cared less please rectify I do not want a membership with scentbird I will never go on that site and I never had
GetHuman-bmbishop did not yet indicate what ScentBird should do to make this right.
