This is my third email to scentbird as the first two I did not receive a response on after waiting several days. My package was supposed to be delivered on the **nd and I still do not have it. When I check the tracking, it states that it is undeliverable and the forward expired. Please get back to me or I will be cancelling my membership considering the complete lack of help that I’m getting with this issue.
