Trying, to orderTRYING to find out policy regarding lost or stolen delivered mail items. Lost * scent to be delivered in December. Have not heard back from Scentbird to try and resolve this issue.*ALSO have paid MONTHLY For * year long subscription and * * month subscription.*Have REPEATEDLY brought this issue to Scentbirds attention, but they ALWAYS ask for my email address, home address (where to be delivered) and last * digits of my cc ... Having absolutely terrible customer service with my issues. I purchased * separate orders for Scentbird to send two chosen scents each month.*Only * scent was delivered in December* the other was not delivered * LOST * and NEVER REPLACED.*RECEIVED * scent for January yesterday.*Where is the the other item?*I have REPEATEDLY left my email, name, last * digits of credit card,and WHATEVER else was required of me to try and straighten things out.*It's been * weeks. My husband almost divorced me because of these * subscriptions. I'm serious. *Let it go and he hasn't asked about the subscriptions since Christmas.
Come to their senses and send the lost sample in late December back as requested before. Recognize the * orders are separate * for the same address however. Send the *nd requested scent to my known address ASAP.
I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND This company to anyone and EVERYONE!!
Trying desperately to find phone * * keep pursuing issues until resolved. Either Scentbird, a unique company, looks into this,I did state I would contact the BBB, leave a negative review through social media, online. Don't want to. Always hoping for the best!!
