I ordered the * a month plan on november seventh. A month later and my products do not even have a tracking number as if they had not been sent already. I dont want you guys charge the card again for the second month and not ever get the first one. I understand things happen but you guys have been nothing but unprofessional in this. No email or insight on what's happening. Took my money for a product I can't even get an email back for.
GetHuman-neeley did not yet indicate what ScentBird should do to make this right.
