I subscribed on August second **** for two scents a month for six months. Since them I've only received four scents when I should have been scent at least eight by now! To add insult to injury the $** sorry for the inconvenience credit I was given is no longer there. That's when I decided to cancel my subscription. I paid $*** and you don't give refunds okay then send me my product I've already paid for. It's so sad how unethical some people* companies are. If not for the unprofessional handling of these issue this could have been a great company! SEND ME MY ****!!!**********************
GetHuman-onna_cla did not yet indicate what ScentBird should do to make this right.
