I recently subscribed to ScentBird. I received my first order about * weeks ago but the package was empty. Meaning, I received the perfume holder without any fragrance inside! I quickly emailed Scent Bird about the issue and I was assured the problem would be resolved but here we are, * weeks later, and I still have no fragrance and they charged my card again on Dec.*th. So, two charges no product. I need to get a refund for the first month and I want a full size of the fragrance I ordered Tom Ford Black Orchid for my troubles. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Ive emailed a person named Mike about * times and no reply. Its really disgraceful that this company has no phone number to actually speak to someone. I need to have this resolved by today.
