Good morning I placed an order on November ** money deducted $** on the same day still have not received any notification or product subscription is due to renew on the * of December I need to know what is going on and if I don't receive a correspondence today I'll be turning to the BBB this is my fourth attempt to get in contact with scentbird all emails have been unable to reach scentbird it gives error messages stating that you inbox is too full. No phone number either I have reached out through Facebook and messenger please help
