This is the *rd time I have emailed you guys, and I am FED UP! I was charged A MONTH AGO for my first order, and it has still not been shipped. It has said “processing” for a month. Because you have failed to provide me with a response or reason as to why it is taking so **** long, I DEMAND A REFUND AND I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM YOU AGAIN. Your customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. I have not received an e-mail telling me what is going on, and at this point I feel I have been scammed. I will be telling everyone I know how awful your subscription is. I have never had to deal with such incompetence and it’s ridiculous. Honestly, how difficult is it to RESPOND TO AN EMAIL with an adequate explanation?

GetHuman-nisrinet did not yet indicate what ScentBird should do to make this right.
