I have not received my scent bird subscription yet. There is not even a tracking number. It has been processing for * weeks. My subscription is almost due again and I haven't received my current one. This is very irritating. I understand you have some issues going on with your shipping but I have sent many emails and I'm nit getting a response. All I ask is you communicate and let me know what is going on. My address is correct. I have checked it several times. *** Orlando Blvd Port Charlotte FL *****. Please get back to me I would greatly appreciate it.
