Month* month subscription- * bottles per month ... I subscribed to scentbird for the month* month subscription and get* colognes per month, my palpal was changed $**.** but I haven't recieved anything and now your site is saying I'm not subscribed. I have also, in dealing with this, have found numerous complaints and open disputes against your company with the BBB for not delivering service or goods. This is not a company I want to spend my hard earned$ with. there are too many other companies out there that actually appreciate peoples business enough to at the very least send the their merchandise on time much less at the least have an actual phone rumer and customer service dept. for handling issues like Mine. I have contacted paypal about this isshe and demanded a refund. my email is *****@***.com and my paypal email is bw.cleanscape@ yahoo.com. I would like a full refund of My money, I do not want to Spend my money with a company that has no regard for customer service or satisfaction
Because I do all my shopping online and spend alot of $ every month, and also would face signed my girlfriend up to get at least * bottling per month also
