Hello,*I was under the impression I had cancelled my subscription. My family is going through extreme financial hardships and I can’t afford this anymore. The money was taken out of my account this month (which I needed, by the way), which I am confused about because I no longer wish to participate in this subscription and am pretty sure I cancelled last month.*Please let me know if you are able to verify that I attempted (and thought I was successful in doing so) to cancel. I’d like to end my service and be refunded for this month, since I had no intention of furthering my subscription and am quite bothered that money was taken out of my account after unsubscribing.*Thank you,*Marissa Bart
