I was trying to get my subscription items yet after adding to my question it showed * for September that I picked, I kept logging back in to see if any shipments went out as the site says *-** days when you first subscribe. Nothing. Emailed customer service, nothing. Emailed again, nothing. So here I am, I don't even know what site I'm on, but this is what's happening. ... I signed up on September **. Paid for a monthly subscription, which I was already charged for, however, I have not been able to get any info. I added to my que, still can't get any help. So I cancelled my subscription, and now at this point I just want you to refund my money please.
