As much as I enjoy Scentbird, contacting someone thru email is frustrating and annoying. I'm sorry, how I feel. I was sent a makeup palette I ordered by mistake. Scentbird sent me correct order. Makeup palette came anyway. Trying to request return label so I can return it. No one getting back to me and I'm not paying $**. It was not charged to my acct. I dont have a printer. I need to return product to you. Thx Anne Ferrara ***-***-****. My correct email under acct is D*****@***.com. I need email of A*****@***.com deleted
