I had a subscription for two scents a month. I received my shipment a few days ago, for the month of August. One of my bottles was just about empty (Burberry Body) and had leaked into the cardboard lid, due to the the top not being screwed onto the bottle. I feel that this should be replaced considering I paid for something I did not receive. I am also still waiting on July’s shipment which was never sent. I have canceled my subscription due to this, and will not re-subscribe until this is made right
GetHuman-lraineri did not yet indicate what ScentBird should do to make this right.
