I upgraded to the * for $** plan last month and this would be my first time receiving what I ordered but to my surprise I was charged the $** and only received * fragrance. I would like to speak to someone about the situation to see what is going on. It is my first experience since my upgrade and honestly it is a terrible one. I am honestly thinking of cancelling my subscription because I will not tolerate anyone playing with my hard earned money. Please have a representative contact me at (***) ***-**** thank you very much. O went into my account and it is showing as if it was already delivered. The only thing I have received is the Tom Ford on July **rd, today is July **th and I still have not received anything else.
