The issue in GetHuman-pmcarty's own words
I subscribed to scentbird on June ** ****,I recieved on June **th. I upgraded to * items per month on July **th,my card was charged for this at that time. My account still shows my July shipment tracking when do I hear about my second shipment being shipped? It says under Facts that the second month shipment is shipped the third week of the month, it is now past the third week and I haven't heard anything about my * items (since I upgraded) being on their way yet. Now I am new to this as I said this is going to only be my second shipment. This is very confusing I'm sorry I just don't understand. I recieved my first one June **th and still have not gotten anything for the whole month of July.
