This is absolutely out of the question. I signed up for scentbird the end of May and received the first scent June *th. My *nd scent should have arrived early July. Now I get an email saying it may not arrive till mid July because they want to package it carefully!? ********!!! What the ****!!?? If your company can't get the product out in a timely fashion (which the schedule is clearly explained in you advertisement) then that's false advertising and illegal. What the **** kind of scam are you pulling? Now I also discover you don't have a phone to take order and customer inquiries? ******** AGAIN!!! Seems like a scam to me. I want this issue of my orders arriving to me on a scheduled and agreed upon time or I am going to report this flawed company to the BBB. and cause such a media meltdown that business for you will cease to exist.
