I was trying to get a refund for the ** Euro. ... We booked seats on flight sk*** from Dublin to Copenhagen on June *th. Our flight from Vancouver Canada to Dublin was cancelled. I would like to see about getting a refund for the * seats @ **.** Euro each. Please advise as to how to do this...
They don't realize that, since my flight to from Canada to Dublin was cancelled, I am unable to take the flight to Copenhagen...
Giving a credit back to the credit card I used to purchase the seat selections
It has been a long time since we visited Denmark and used SAS for a portion of that trip. We had a good experience with them then, so hoped to have them refund the fees for the seats I cannot use.
I have tried to call them several time... the *** number to select the refund option always says the office is closed... Customer service connects but have waited nearly an hour and hung up. I try to connect to their website but always get a *** Forbidden message.???
