I urgently need to book in-cabin pets (two small dogs) to add to our existing booking (W*FRFE)*This is required to be completed within **h of making the booking. After half an hour of attemtpting to get through to the customer service by phone* nobody available on Messenger and Chat not working, I am concerned we will not be able to do what the airlines own requirements ask us to do.*Thank you for your help.
GetHuman-aannist did not yet indicate what Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) should do to make this right.
