SAS Family pooling program has been cancelled *,* years ago where they promised to introduce a better and improved family program within half a year. Now we have missed our points due to expiry and no help at all from their side. Only advice from their customer service in order to collect points inside family is to transfer them which has a certain fee. This is really very unrespectful for their customers and we feel cheated !!
GetHuman-marju did not yet indicate what Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) should do to make this right.
