Item lost in SAS flight SK*** on *********On September *, ****, I arrived in Copenhagen airport at **** hours aboard SAS flight SK ***. I noticed one of my gold ball earrings was missing after clearing customs and asked SAS ticketing staff for Lost &Found to make a report. I was referred to “information” then was told to call or go to Police downtown. I am a transit passenger and could not possibly go to the Police. Station. A merchant told me to go to “Transfer” where I was given an email address to report. It is : *****@***.com. I received an automatic reply instantly from Jeannie Krog stating that I be contacted if such a thing come their way. Today, after ** days, I sent a follow up inquiry and was given the same auto reply one second after I pressed “send” button. Is this possible to answer in the negative without checking it first? *So I am making an inquiry directly to SAS if your cleaning crew found * gold ball earring, * mm in diameter, on flight SKK *** from Chicago on September *, and arrived in Copenhagen on September *. My seat * is **B. I have a picture of the item if you need it. I will be in Copenhagen tomorrow for a short time to catch another flight back to the US via SAS. Your reply would be helpful. Thank you.
