Hello: I booked two flights with Scandinavian Airlines through Cheapo Air not realizing that I could not cancel my flights. My friend and I later opted to select more direct flights without layovers via KLM and Kayak (Lufthansa) from Amsterdam to Berlin and later from Munich back to Amsterdam. We will lose all our money on the original flights we booked with SAS through Cheapo Air. Can you help us in any way? Thank you from Michele Hedlund.
