Hello, I recently experienced an issue with the payment system, which led to my service being disconnected unexpectedly. Despite scheduling a payment for a later date after seeing a red due date on my account, I was disconnected before the scheduled payment processed. I was surprised that the system allowed me to schedule a payment beyond the due date without warning me about the imminent disconnection. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that my scheduled payment was not considered a payment arrangement. I now face a steep deposit and reconnection fee, along with a five-day wait for restoration of service. Despite pleading with the supervisor to waive the deposit, I was only able to secure a partial payment with the remainder due on my next bill. This treatment is disappointing for loyal customers like myself. I respectfully request the cancellation of the deposit. Thank you, A.
