Hello,**I was disconnected due to what I think is a deceiving flaw in your system, I had a due date of **** showing on my account in red and when I went to pay the system allowed me to schedule a later dated of payment with no problem and I was thinking since it took the payment for a later date I was saved and it continued to display that I was scheduled for disconnect without telling me the disconnection date. And I was disconnected a day before the scheduled payment was to post. Many companies would not allow to schedule a payment another a schedule disconnection date. After talking to an agent she told me that what I did was not a payment arrangement. I didn’t know that since my payment was scheduled successfully. Now am being charge a ridiculous deposit and a reconnection fee and I have to wait five days before being reconnected after paying. This is really unfair to we the small consumers. I pleaded for the deposit to be waved, but the supervisor refused and made me pay half and the other half will be applied to me next bill. This is not how to treat you current customer. I am asking for the deposit to be cancelled.**Thank you, *Abdoulie
