I purchased 4 boxes of Kellogg's Raisin Bran for a total of $35.96 at BJ's on February 5, [redacted], during the Kellogg's promotion. However, according to the SavingStar website, it shows I only spent $19.51 on Kellogg's cereals. I did not use any coupons to reduce the price. I contacted customer service via email on February 7, [redacted], attaching the BJ's receipt to resolve the discrepancy. Unfortunately, the email bounced back undeliverable as the ZenDesk account was inactive since February 7, [redacted]. I was advised to contact support directly at [redacted], but the response from that email was also undeliverable. Despite successfully receiving a $1 reward for a Chobani purchase on the same BJ's receipt, the Kellogg's purchase was not credited correctly. I am unable to understand how the total spent on Kellogg's cereals was calculated as $19.51.

Hello! I hope you can help me please... I had been using my SavingStar account for many years and I don't want to lose it. My issue is that they closed my account saying I had submitted a receipt twice with another account. I have been looking into it, and I think I did it, but I did not claim the same product. It was the same receipt but a different product... I did not try to cheat or claim the same product twice. I hope you can understand, I really don't want to lose my account and especially the money I had saved. Thank you very much for your attention.

Subject: Walmart Receipt Inquiry I am contacting you regarding a Walmart receipt I submitted on October 24, [redacted], concerning the promotion for Cheez-Its, Keebler's, Pringles, and Town House where you can Buy $25.00 and get $5.00 back. After purchasing $10.97 worth of qualifying products, the remaining balance still shows that I need around $3 to $4 more to obtain the $5.00 reward. I scanned the products and they were all qualified, so I believe I should have received the $5.00 rebate. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter for me. Thank you. Best, C.E. I am currently awaiting the posting of two rebates to my account. Before my shopping trip on 11/6/19 at Shoprite, I activated several offers. However, as of today (11/12), I have only received three out of the five offers I expected from that trip. On 11/7, the rebates for Advil were successfully posted. Unfortunately, I have not yet received the rebates for the Quaker Instant Oatmeal Express Cups ($2 off any 3) and the Adult Robitussin product ($3 off any 1), totaling $5.00. I purchased six Quaker oatmeal cups and one Adult Robitussin, and both rebates are still valid. This is my second inquiry to Saving Star as my first on 11/7 went unanswered. I kindly request an update on the status of these two rebates and any further steps needed to receive the $5.00 total. Thank you for your prompt attention.

My savings star balance of $[redacted].50 seems to have been transferred to another account without my authorization. I never requested a payout or shared my bank details with them. Despite reaching out to them multiple times, I have not received any response from Savings Star. On November 13, [redacted], I noticed that my account balance was showing as $0.00. I believe that the money generated from my purchases has been mishandled, and Savings Star has not been cooperative in resolving this matter. I have tried to inquire about the missing funds through their website, but have not received any feedback. Despite them notifying me when money was deposited into my account, I did not receive any alert regarding this transaction. I contacted them on November 13 about the missing balance, but they have not acknowledged my concerns. I accumulated this amount over several years through various small transactions.

Hello, I am Diana Olson, and I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue with my recent Walmart online order for the "Just Crack an Egg" bowls by Ore-Ida. I bought two of these products on August 3rd, activated the rebate on August 2nd, and tried to redeem it right after my purchase, only to face difficulty scanning the products. Each bowl was supposed to have a $1.00 rebate, totaling $2. This rebate was crucial for me to reach $20 in my Saving Star account to avoid a $3.99 monthly inactivity fee. As these items are not essential and not typically part of my purchases, I am now left in a bind.
